Could these be the end of my search? The ribbon tweeter sure makes me happy. The best treble detail I have ever heard, without the edgy quality of many metal domes.

I have a couple questions for you.

I noticed that you have positioned the sub behind the right tower. Do you find that that is the best position for your room? And does it create any negative effects on the tower? I realize that with pure 2 channel playback, not an issue, but with multi-channel?!! The reason I ask is because I've often thought about repositioning my sub from the left wall to behind the left tower. I am concerned about unwanted resonance effecting the tower.

Again, I hope you are enjoying yourself finally!

Regards!

Hello again -

The sub is really placed there out of necessity. I can't fit it anywhere else along the front wall, and when I tried putting behind the couch I could always tell that the bass was comming from behind me.

You should give it a try, all you have to lose is a little time and maybe a little sweat.

Thanks Tim. I'll try it tonight to see if there's a difference. I'm sure there will be.

Cheers!
